In order to maintain its excellence and stringent controls, each step in the printing process involves rigorous inspections, including sampling the product, charting its performance and correcting variations, in order to achieve the ideal results.
Colour densitometers are used to standardize colour results during production, and printing presses and binding/finishing machinery have been installed with double sheet detectors to ensure quality and efficiency. Copy recognition sensors have been installed on all feeders to ensure that sections are always gathered in the correct sequence, while bar code readers for cover feeders are frequently monitored, reviewed and updated.

Historically, inks and papers associated with print have produced excessive waste and have had a damaging impact on the environment.
